Bronze support is perfect for customers with in-house DBA staff who want to delegate the core DBA duties, where a server is running less mission-critical applications or it may be a test or development server that requires limited monitoring. Emergency response or database support outside of scope is available on a time and materials basis.
SQL Services take responsibility for the following tasks:
- Daily Monitoring
- Database re-indexing
- Database consistency checks
- Resolving backup failure issues
- Review of Database Configuration against best practice
- Reviewing Operating System and RDBMS error logs
