Our Managed Service proactively monitors your databases and notifies us to ensure we are the first to know of any problems on your site.

Using an internally developed toolset we call our ‘template’, we can efficiently manage your SQL Server or Oracle RDBMS from our operations base in Nelson. We have DBA staff available for on-site work based in Auckland, Wellington, Nelson, Christchurch, Sydney and Melbourne should this be necessary.

In negotiating a DBA support agreement, the customer chooses the level of managed data service required based on the status and criticality of the database or application and the availability of in-house resource. Other components that are taken into account include such areas as clustering, disaster recovery and replication as well the frequency of reporting delivered within the agreement.

SQL Services has three levels of support for SQL data management and Oracle data management, each specified by a service level agreement (SLA). All SLAs include monitoring, reporting and access to the SQL Services Secure Portal. Brief descriptions of the different SLA levels for enterprise data management can be found on the left hand side. Click on the headers of each SLA to see the full list of services provided.
