Employee of the Month is decided by all staff.
Nominations received for Tracey were “as I have had separate high praise from [3 very high profile client IT managers]”, for “outstanding work; responding to customer queries promptly, thoroughly and cheerfully, remaining calm under sometimes frustrating conditions”
