The employee of the Month of March is Adam, Team Leader of Team North.
Employee of the Month is decided by all staff.
Nominations received for Adam were:
- “For putting in an immense amount of extra effort to help Team North, the DBA’s and TAM’s, and for his excellence at thinking ahead. By helping Team North in this way he is making it that much easier for us to properly support our clients”
- “For his diligence in his work, his calm and logical approach to client requests and his ability to create order out of chaotic situations. He is also readily available for escalation and is incredibly patient, in my view he is a pillar of the company”
- “He has been the glue holding Team North together and really stepping up to manage so many challenges. He is bl**dy fantastic!”
- “For coming in when he had leave booked to lift the pressure for his team”
- “Once again Adam’s forward thinking is outstanding. Another vote for employee of the month.”
- “Adam has excelled in his leadership of Team North again this month and his unique combination of inspirational speeches, calm muttering under his breath, instructive tuition and the occasional well deserved beating have meant that every member of team north has gained an MCITP qualification this month(2008 for Michael, Rob and Sharon, 2005 for Tim). Everyone accept Adam of course who ‘did that stuff ages ago’. Adam’s liaison with TAM’s has been superb and I’ve heard a suggestion that his forward planning is unrivalled in the Southern Hemisphere. Adam truly has the Midas touch"
